Declaration Obligations

According to the provisions of Article 6 of Law No. 133/2016 regarding the declaration of assets and personal interests, public servants with special status have the obligation to submit a declaration of assets and personal interests:

annually, by March 31st.
in case of employment, within 30 days from the date of employment.
after termination of service relations, within 30 days.

Important Notice

!!! The declaring subject who, in accordance with the legislation in force, has their work or service relations suspended must submit the declaration within 30 days after reinstatement to the position, indicating in the declaration the income obtained together with family members and their cohabitant/partner during the entire undeclared period.
